After the equipment is installed, first adjust the equipment, turn on the power, turn on the power switch on the control panel, the emergency stop switch button, and check whether the parameters on the equipment display are correct.

Packaging box size adjustment: Adjust the carton frame and box chain mainly based on the carton size, box frame size, chain length, width and height. The specific points are as follows:

Place the carton we want to adjust on the box base, and then adjust the guides of the box base close to each side of the box. Keep the box stable and do not drop it.

Carton length adjustment: Place the sealed carton on the paper output conveyor, and then adjust the right hand wheel so that the conveyor belt of the automatic cartoning machine is in contact with the edge of the carton.

Carton width adjustment: First loosen the two sprocket screws outside the main chain. Then, place a cardboard box in the middle of the chain and adjust the width of the chain to be the same as the width of the box. Then tighten the sprocket screw on the opposite side.

Carton height adjustment: First loosen the two fixing screws at the front and rear of the upper pressure guide rail of the automatic cartoning machine, then turn the upper handwheel so that the upper guide rail and the upper surface of the carton contact the guide rail, and then tighten the set screws.

Adjust the size of the unloading area: Unscrew the fixed bearing screws, place the product into the push rod chamber, move the baffle left and right until it is adjusted to the appropriate size, and then tighten the screws. NOTE: There are several screw holes in the panel here. When adjusting the equipment, be careful not to tighten the wrong screws.

After completing the adjustment of each part, you can activate the micro switch on the control panel of the automatic cartoning machine and use micro operations to make manual adjustments, such as opening the box, sucking the box, feeding the paper, bending the corners and spraying glue. After completing the adjustment of each action, the "Start" button can be turned on, and materials can be placed at the end to start normal production.
